This Tina Davies pigment 2 Blonde Luxury comes from the Tina Davies I love Ink eyebrow pigment set. This one set is a production of Tina Davies and Perma Blend Luxe. The pigments are in accordance with reach. 

2 Blonde Luxe is a perfect blonde shade. The warm pigment is good for clients with fair skin and cool undertones. It results in a light taupe shade for a natural blonde look.

The I love Ink Tina Davies pigments have been reformulated to comply with EU REACH regulations. Expect the same color results, with the same reliability and long-lasting performance as the original I ❤️ INK Blonde.
