Below you can see our Events agenda. In addition to the events planned in The Talent Room (location Amavi PMU, Nieuwveen), you will also encounter us at various large PMU events, meetings, Masterclasses, competitions and fairs in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Is an allergy test wise?
Henna, eyebrow and eyelash dye products contain ingredients that may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in certain individuals.
Henna Powder contains PPD, an aromatic amine used in all types of eyebrow and hair dyes, which can cause an allergic reaction. Advice: Always test with "black or dark brown". This contains the highest percentage of PPD.
Before you start working with henna, eyebrow or eyelash dye products on your clients, always do a patch test. Allergy patch testing is important, even though henna is a natural product. Do the patch test on the wrist or behind the ears for 24 hours up to 48 hours before carrying out the treatment.
Run a Patch Test
Wash your hands and then put on gloves.
Clean and rinse a small area of the client's skin with soap and water, for example behind the ear or on the inside of the forearm.
Mix the products according to the preparation instructions. Apply the mixture to a small area behind the client's ear or on the inside of the forearm and allow to harden for 2 minutes.
Remove the mixture with a cotton ball moistened with water. Advise your customer to come back in 24 to 48 hours. If no irritation or inflammation of the skin is visible, it is usually assumed that there is no hypersensitivity to the product and the treatment can be carried out.
Allergic reaction
If any reaction occurs during the patch test, such as severe stinging, irritation, rash or burning sensation on the skin, rinse the skin immediately and stop using the product.
If the client experiences (mild) irritation of the respiratory tract, he or she should immediately seek medical attention and consult a doctor.
If there is any itching, redness or spots on the skin, or swelling of the eyes, face or skin in the days following the patch test, it is recommended that the customer consult a doctor and do not undergo the treatment.

Which treatments?
Many types of treatments are allowed. The space has been GGD approved for PMU, micro pigmentation and tattoo treatments. You can of course also offer various skin treatments, browstyling, eyelash treatments, there are many options! There is no hairdressing chair, sink or nail desk. All treatments must take place in a treatment chair or on a massage bed.

A Space Created for Success
Versatile Training Room:
The Talent Room is designed to adapt to different group setups and sizes, from intimate sessions to larger workshops, making it the perfect choice for any training need. The room is equipped with 12 massage beds, 12 stools, lamps and trolleys. Returns Policy
We have a returns policy of 14 days. This means that you have 14 days to return items after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: sealed, closed and in the original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The packaging, machine, cables, power supply etc. must not contain any signs of use. We will check this upon return and reserve the right to refuse the return if damage or traces have been left on the products or the packaging is no longer in good condition. In that case we will return the product and a refund is not possible.
- We cannot accept returns on pigments and other sterilized products that have been opened. Alone unopened and unused products are eligible for return and refund.
- Partially opened packages we cannot accept returns. Once one cartridge from a package has been opened, the box can no longer be returned.
- Articles from the Sale cannot be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to order the item you want separately and return the item you don't want.
Legal reflection period (EU)
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw your order 14 days to cancel or return, for any reason and without giving reasons. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be admitted ten working days refunded via the original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund. Contact us at hello@amavi-pmu.com if it's more than 15 working days It has been since we approved your return.

Returns – Checklist
- The articles are complete.
- The items are in the original and undamaged packaging.
- Sealed (sterile) products are unopened. Items whose seal has been opened cannot be returned.
Useful tips
- Pack the items well so that they are not damaged during transport.
- To save waste, you can use the box in which we sent the product.
- Make sure the address label is clearly legible.
Send
Take the package to a shipper of your choice. You will receive a shipping confirmation there. Please keep this proof until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof of shipment and can be requested if lost during transport.
Handling
As soon as the return has been processed by us, you will be automatically notified. We do our best to do this as quickly as possible. Do you have any questions? Please contact us.
Cancel order or change address
Do you want to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible by email: hello@amavi-pmu.com. Orders are processed daily; After processing, an order can no longer be canceled.
