Can I follow a master class at Amavi?
Below you can see our events agenda. In addition to the events that are planned in The Talent Room (Location Amavi PMU, Nieuwveen), you also come across us at various large PMU events, meetings, master classes, competitions and fairs in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We will state all the events where we are present here in the Events Agenda.
Is an allergy test wise?
Henna, eyebrow and eyelash paint products contain ingredients that can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in certain people.
Henna powder contains PPD, an aromatic amine that is used in all types of eyebrow and hair dye, which can cause an allergic reaction. Advice: Always test with "black or dark brown". It contains the highest percentage of PPD.
Before you work with henna, eyebrow or eyelash paint products at your customers, always do a patch test. Allergy patch testing is important, even though Henna is a natural product. Do the patch test on the wrist or behind the ears for 24 hours be performed up to 48 hours before the treatment is performed.
Perform a patch test
Wash your hands and then put on gloves.
Clean and rinse a small piece of the customer's skin behind the ear or on the inside of the forearm with soap.
Mix the products according to the preparation instructions. Apply the mixture to a small area behind the customer's ear or on the inside of the forearm and let it harden for 2 minutes.
Remove the mixture with a cotton ball with water. Advise your customer to come back in 24 to 48 hours. If no irritation or inflammation of the skin is visible, it is usually assumed that there is no hypersensitivity to the product and that the treatment can be performed.
Allergic reaction
When a reaction occurs during the patch test, such as fierce puncture, irritation, rash or a burning sensation on the skin, rinse the skin immediately and stop using the product.
When the client experiences a (slight) irritation of the airways, he or she must immediately call in medical assistance and consult a doctor.
If itching, redness or stains on the skin occur in the days after the patch test, or swelling of the eyes, face or skin, it is recommended that the customer consults a doctor and does not undergo the treatment.

Which treatments?
Many types of treatments are allowed. The space is GGD approved for PMU, micro pigmentation and tattoo treatments. Furthermore, you can of course also offer different skin treatments, browsing, eyelash treatments, a lot is possible! There is no hairdresser's chair, sink or nails. All treatments must take place in a treatment chair or in a massage bed.

Versatile training room:
The Talent Room is designed to adapt to different setups and sizes of groups, from intimate sessions to larger workshops, making it the perfect choice for every training need. The space is equipped with 12 massage beds, 12 crutches, lamps and trolleys. Questions about returns
Return:
Not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days of receipt you have the option to return the product. Follow the steps below.
First check the following:
The packaging, machine, cables, power supply etc may not contain traces of use. We will check this upon return shipment and retain the right to refuse the return if damage or traces have been left on the products or the packaging is no longer in good condition. We will then return the product to your return where a refund is not possible.
We cannot take back pigments and other sterilized products that are open. Only unopened and unused products are eligible for a return and reimbursement.
We cannot take partially opened packaging. When one needle module is open from a package, the box can no longer be returned. Only unopened packaging are eligible for a return and reimbursement.

Repayment
When do we pay back?
We will transfer the costs you have incurred (purchase costs and original shipping costs) after receiving your return package, to you at the latest after 14 days. We use the payment details with which the order was paid in our webshop.
What do you get back?
When returning the entire order you will receive the full purchase amount back, including the originally paid shipping and payment costs. When returning a part of the order you will receive the costs of the returned product (s) back.
Where do I receive the refunded amount?
We refund the amount in the same way as you have settled.
Send costs for the return
The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Do you return a product because it is damaged or wrong? Then contact us in advance.

Make sure:
• the articles are complete
• The items are in original and undamaged packaging
• Sealed (sterile) products are unopened. Articles in a sealed (sterile) packaging where the seal is open cannot be returned.
Handy tips
We try to process you return as quickly as possible. Here some useful tips.
• Make sure you pack the items well so that they do not damage during transport.
• To save waste you can use the box in which we have sent the product to you.
• Make sure that the address label is legible.
To steer
Take the package to a post office of your choice. Here you will receive a proof of shipment. Save this well until the return is fully handled. This is your proof that the package has actually been sent and can be requested during transport during transport.
Settlement
As soon as the return shipment has been processed with us, you will automatically be notified of this. Of course we try to do this as quickly as possible. Do you have any questions? Then contact us.
Cancel order or change address
Do you want to cancel your order? Then please contact us by mail (hello@amavi-pmu.com). Orders are processed daily, after processing it can no longer be canceled.
Do you want to change the delivery address? Check via Track & Trace/ the shipping courier whether it can still be changed. When in doubt or will it not work? Then contact us by telephone.
