Amavi PMU B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement and acts in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).
2. Applicability
This statement applies to (prospective) business customers, suppliers, and visitors to our B2B online store www.amavi-pmu.com. We may also process personal data of individuals (such as contacts and independent contractors).
3. Personal data we process

- Company information (company name, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number)
- Billing and shipping address
- Order, payment, and billing information

5. Google Ads & Customer Match
With your consent, we use certain personal data (such as your email address or phone number) to Customer Match-create lists within Google Ads. These lists are used for personalized ads and audience measurement.
Before data is shared, it is hashed locally using the SHA-256 algorithm. Google receives only hashed values, which are used to check for matches with existing Google accounts.
The processing is based on permission (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you can manage via our cookie settings. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
With your consent, we may use your data for advertising through Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook/Instagram), including Custom Audiences. Meta may use data for personalization and analysis. For more information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
7. Exact Online
We use Exact Online for administrative and accounting purposes. For this purpose, we process data such as your name, address, contact information, and billing details to comply with legal obligations (accounting requirements) and to fulfill the terms of the agreement. 8. Shopify
Our online store runs on Shopify (Shopify Inc., Canada / Shopify International Ltd., Ireland). Shopify provides hosting, security, and the ordering and payment system, and processes information such as your name, address, contact details, order information, and device data.
Shopify may process data in Canada (EU-compliant), the United States (EU–US DPF), the United Kingdom (EU-compliant) and Switzerland (EU-compliant). More info: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
9. Shipping of orders
For delivery purposes, we share necessary information with logistics partners such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD: name, delivery address, email address (for tracking), and, if applicable, phone number. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
10. Tax Return and ICP Report
We are legally required to include business information (such as VAT number, address, and billing information) in our accounting records. For cross-border deliveries within the EU, this information is included in the periodic ICP report submitted to the Tax and Customs Administration. Where necessary, information may be shared with tax authorities outside the Netherlands, including in the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

12. Sharing with third parties
We only share personal data when necessary to fulfill the agreement, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent. We enter into data processing agreements with data processors (such as Shopify, Exact Online, Google, Meta, and shipping carriers).

15. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Communication with our online store takes place via a secure (SSL/TLS) connection.
16. Transfer outside the EEA
Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. We ensure an adequate level of protection by transferring data only to countries for which the EU has issued an adequacy decision, including:
- United States (under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
- United Kingdom (European Commission Adequacy Decision)
- Switzerland (adequacy decision)
- Canada (adequacy decision)
If data is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision, we use mechanisms approved by the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where necessary, additional measures.
