Returns Policy
We have a returns policy of 14 days. This means that you have 14 days to return items after receiving your order.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: sealed, closed and in the original packaging.
Start return
To initiate a return, log into your account on our website and click My account. Search at Orders the correct order and click on the top right More options. Request your return here.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The packaging, machine, cables, power supply etc. must not contain any signs of use. We will check this upon return and reserve the right to refuse the return if damage or traces have been left on the products or the packaging is no longer in good condition. In that case we will return the product and a refund is not possible.
- We cannot accept returns on pigments and other sterilized products that have been opened. Alone unopened and unused products are eligible for return and refund.
- Partially opened packages we cannot accept returns. Once one cartridge from a package has been opened, the box can no longer be returned.
- Articles from the Sale cannot be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to order the item you want separately and return the item you don't want.
Legal reflection period (EU)
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw your order 14 days to cancel or return, for any reason and without giving reasons. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be admitted ten working days refunded via the original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund. Contact us at hello@amavi-pmu.com if it's more than 15 working days It has been since we approved your return.
Returns Instructions
Returns – Checklist
- The articles are complete.
- The items are in the original and undamaged packaging.
- Sealed (sterile) products are unopened. Items whose seal has been opened cannot be returned.
Useful tips
- Pack the items well so that they are not damaged during transport.
- To save waste, you can use the box in which we sent the product.
- Make sure the address label is clearly legible.
Send
Take the package to a shipper of your choice. You will receive a shipping confirmation there. Please keep this proof until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof of shipment and can be requested if lost during transport.
Handling
As soon as the return has been processed by us, you will be automatically notified. We do our best to do this as quickly as possible. Do you have any questions? Please contact us.
Cancel order or change address
Do you want to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible by email: hello@amavi-pmu.com. Orders are processed daily; After processing, an order can no longer be canceled.
