Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, log in to your account on our website and click on My Account. Under Orders, find the correct order and click on More Options in the top right corner. Request your return here.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The packaging, machine, cables, power supply, etc., must not show any signs of use. We will check this upon return and reserve the right to refuse the return if there is damage or signs of use on the products or if the packaging is no longer in good condition. In that case, we will return the product and a refund will not be possible.
- We cannot accept returns of pigments and other sterilized products that have been opened. Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return and refund.
- We cannot accept returns of partially opened packages. If a single needle module has been opened from a package, the box can no longer be returned.
- Items from the Sale cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to order the desired item separately and return the unwanted item.
Legal cooling-off period (EU)
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. Just as mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will automatically be refunded within ten business days via the original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund. Please contact us at hello@amavi-pmu.com if it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.

Instructions
– Checklist
- The items are complete.
- The items are in their original and undamaged packaging.
- Sealed (sterile) products are unopened. Items whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.
Helpful Tips
- Pack the items securely so they do not get damaged during transport.
- To reduce waste, you can use the box in which we shipped the product.
- Make sure the address label is clearly legible.
Shipping
Bring the Send the package to a shipping carrier of your choice. You will receive a shipping receipt there. Keep this receipt until the return has been fully processed. This serves as your proof of shipment and can be requested if the package is lost in transit.
Processing
As soon as we have processed your return, you will automatically receive a notification. We do our best to process this as quickly as possible. Do you have any questions? Please contact us.
Cancel an order or change an address
Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible via email: hello@amavi-pmu.com. Orders are processed daily; once processed, an order can no longer be canceled.
Would you like to change the delivery address? Check via Track & Trace to see if this is still possible. If you’re unsure or if it doesn’t work, please contact us by phone.
