Location
In the middle of the Randstad
Simply step in with your own salon name and focus entirely on your customers in a professionally furnished environment. Whether you are a skin specialist, brow stylist, or expert in another branch of the beauty industry (with the exception of nail styling and hairdressing services), we have the ideal place for you.
Rent per day or per month
The workplaces
3 workplaces are available in The Beauty Room, you share the space with 2 other Beauticians. The space is on the ground floor, opened open with small partitions to create privacy. In the modern room there is a kitchen unit with sink and a toilet. There is sufficient parking space for your customers in front of the door.
GGD approved
The space is GGD approved and meets all GGD-RIVM regulations. Massage beds, crutches, lamps and trolleys are available for every workplace.
Treatments
The space is GGD approved for PMU and Tattoo treatments. You can also have different skin, browsing & eyelash treatments. There is no hairdresser's chair, sink or nails.
Rental prices
You can rent a workplace per day or per month. The costs are € 55 per day or € 500 ex. VAT per month. Including water, electricity, nespresso machine, kettle and furniture (treatment chair, workstation, lamp & stool).
