The creamy dye developer, in combination with the Supercilium Liquid Dye paint for consistent and stunning brow results.

The formula is essential to activate the liquid dye for eyebrow and eyelash color treatments. The eyebrow dye developer is made for the Liquid Dye, but works with all eyebrow dyes that need to be mixed with an Oxydant. The creamy developer provides super consistent results and is very easy to apply.

The Cream Oxidant contains 3% hydrogen peroxide.

Himalaya Source Purified Water, Propylene Glycol, Cetostearyl (Cetearyl) Alcohol, Ceteareth-25, Di-sodium Phosphate, Sodium Stannate, HEDP (1-hydroxyethylidene) Diphosphonic Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, Parfum
Instructions for use

If necessary, do a patch test with your customer.

Mixing ratio: 2:1 - 2 drops of eyebrow dye with 1 drop of cream oxidant.

Warning: Contains Hydrogen Peroxide. Wear suitable gloves.
