The Hairlines International SMP Pigments have been developed by Quantum PMU Colors In collaboration with Master and Trainer Seif Sidky from International Hairlines. International Hairlines is a clinic for MHP treatments. 

Double Black is a deep black pigment.

There are 3 black/gray shades available in the hairlines line Quantum PMU Colors, these 3 pigments are also available in a set with a mixing solution; The Dusk Set.
