The pigment Pretty Penny Toner is a correction pigment for eyebrows Perma Blend. The pigment comes in a 15 ml bottle.

Use the Pretty Penny Toner to restore blue/gray PMU eyebrows. The Pretty Penny Toner is a hybrid pigment with a warm undertone and a low opacity so that the underlying (old) PMU color is still visible through the toner. 

Use the toners to restore the original color with a boost. To neutralize old PMU, check out Rescue Correctors Perma Blend. The Recover toners from Perma Blend do not contain titanium dioxide (TiO2/white) and the Rescue Correctors do contain TiO2. In accordance with REACH.

The PMU pigments from Perma Blend LUXE are of quality, vegan and specially developed for Europe. The LUXURY pigment line from Perma Blend has been specially developed to fully comply with the REACH guidelines.

Instructions for use

• Store at room temperature.
• Do not leave the product in the sun.
• Use the products with gloves on
• Shake pigment for at least 1 minute before use.
• Make sure the cap is properly closed after use and place it back in the storage area.
• Use alone Perma Blend Shading Solutions if you want to change the color or thickness. Do not mix with water or other diluents.
• Pigment expires 12 months after opening.
• Unopened pigment expires after 3.5 years.
