Jolie
The PMU pigment Jolie is a rich chocolate brown permanent make-up eyebrow pigment with warm undertones. The Platinum Label pigment, Jolie, is an EU REACH compliant pigment, comparable to Quantum original Dark Brown.
Jolie is an eyebrow pigment and can also be used for eyeliner. The pigments of Quantum PMU Colors can be used individually or mixed together to create the perfect shade for each client.
This eyebrow pigment was developed by Quantum PMU Colors. The pigments under the Platinum label of Quantum PMU Colors are intensive and long-lasting pigments in accordance with REACH 2022.
