Amavi PMU B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement and acts in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).
2. Applicability
This statement applies to (potential) business customers, suppliers and visitors to our B2B webshop www.amavi-pmu.com. We may also process personal data of natural persons (such as contact persons and self-employed persons).
3. Personal data that we process

- Company details (company name, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number)
- Billing and delivery address
- Order, payment and invoice information
- Communication with our customer service
- IP address, device and browser information (via cookies, if consent)

5. Google Ads & Customer Match
With your permission, we use certain personal data (such as e-mail address or telephone number). Customer Matchcreate lists within Google Ads. These lists are used for personalized advertising and audience measurement.
Before data is shared, it is hashed locally using the SHA-256 algorithm. Google only receives hashed values that are used to check matches with existing Google accounts.
The processing takes place on the basis of permission (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be managed via our cookie settings. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
We may, with your consent, use data for advertising through Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook/Instagram), included Custom Audiences. Meta may use data for personalization and analysis. More information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
7. Exactly Online
We use Exact Online for administration and accounting. For this purpose, we process, among other things, name, address, contact and invoice details to comply with legal obligations (accounting obligations) and for the execution of the agreement. 8. Shopify
Our webshop runs on Shopify (Shopify Inc., Canada / Shopify International Ltd., Ireland). Shopify provides hosting, security and the ordering and payment system and processes, among other things, name, address, contact, order and device data.
Shopify may process data in Canada (EU adequate), the United States (EU–US DPF), it United Kingdom (EU adequate) and Switzerland (EU adequate). More info: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
9. Shipping of orders
For delivery we share necessary data with logistics partners such as PostNL, DHL or DPD: name, delivery address, e-mail address (for track & trace) and possibly telephone number. Basis: execution of the agreement.
10. Tax return and ICP statement
We are legally obliged to include company information (such as VAT number, address and invoice information) in our accounting. For cross-border deliveries within the EU, this data is processed in the periodic ICP declaration to the tax authorities. Where necessary, data may be shared with tax authorities outside the Netherlands, including in the Netherlands United Kingdom and Switzerland. Basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

12. Sharing with third parties
We only share personal data if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, to comply with legal obligations or with your permission. With processors (such as Shopify, Exact Online, Google, Meta and carriers) we conclude processing agreements.

15. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Communication with our webshop is via a secure (SSL/TLS) connection.
16. Transfer outside the EEA
Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. We ensure an adequate level of protection by transferring only to countries with an EU adequacy decision, including:
- United States (under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
- United Kingdom (European Commission adequacy decision)
- Switzerland (adequacy decision)
- Canada (adequacy decision)
If transfer takes place to countries without an adequacy decision, we use data approved by the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where necessary, additional measures.
