The Pigment Pretty Penny Toner is a correction pigment for eyebrows of Perma Blend. The pigment is in a 15 ml bottle.
Use the Pretty Penny Toner for restoring blue/gray PMU eyebrows. The Pretty Penny Toner is a hybrid pigment with a warm undertone and a low opacity so that the underlying (old) PMU color is still visible by the toner.
Use the toners for repairing the original color with a boost. To neutralize old PMU, check the Rescue Correctors of Perma Blend. The recover of toners of Perma Blend Do not contain titanium dioxide (TIO2/white) and the Rescue Correctors do contain TIO2. In accordance with REACH.
