The Mast Halo is a power supply to connect your universal PMU machine. Can be used with a standard clip cord or RCA cable (not included). 

You can see the different settings on the Oled screen, turn the knob to adjust it. The back of the power supply has a silicone layer so that the power supply remains firmly in place.
