Amelia Rose is the newest (luxury) pigment of Perma Blend. With a medium opacity, the pigment is ideal for those beautiful blushed lips. The pigment is in accordance with REACH 2022.

The Pigment Amelia RoseIs a lips pigment of Perma Blend. The lip pigment is in a 15 ml bottle and is used with permanent makeup treatments for lips.
The PMU Pigments of Perma Blend LUXE are of quality, vegan and specially developed for Europe. The luxury pigment line of Perma Blend has been specially developed to be able to fully meet REACH Guidelines 2022. The luxury pigment line is not yet complete and will be continuously supplemented with new pigments.
Perma Blend LUXE compared to the classic pigments
The colors of the luxury line are different from the classic pigments because of the use of other pigments and formulations. However, the same production processes and test checks are followed for all Perma Blend pigments to guarantee quality and deliver a good product as we are used to Perma Blend.
