Use Supercilium's Cream Oxidant to mix your dye, hybrid dye.
When combined with Supercilium Liquid Dye, this creamy dye developer ensures consistent and stunning eyebrow results.
The formula is essential for activating the liquid dye during eyebrow and eyelash coloring treatments. The eyebrow dye developer is designed for the Liquid Dye, but works with all eyebrow dyes that need to be mixed with an oxidant. The creamy developer ensures super consistent results and is very easy to apply.
The Cream Oxidant contains 3% hydrogen peroxide.
