Berry V2
The pigment Berry is a lip pigment from Perma Blend. It is a cool fuchsia (berry) color with high opacity. The lip pigment comes in a 15 ml bottle and is used in permanent make-up treatments for lips.
The V2 pigments from Perma Blend Luxe have been adjusted to meet the 2023 reach standards.
