The Hybrid Dye Developer of Mrs.Highbrow has been specially developed to mix with the Hybrid Dye and PowerStain from Mrs.Highbrow. For optimal and long-lasting results, without damaging the hair structure.
Mix the Hybrid Dye and the Developer in a 2:1 ratio. So 2 parts paint the size of 2 peas with 1 part Developer.
