Simply set up shop under your own salon name and focus entirely on your clients in a professionally designed space. Whether you’re a skincare specialist, brow stylist, or expert in another branch of the beauty industry (excluding nail styling and hair services), we have the perfect spot for you.

The Workstations
The Beauty Room offers several workstations; you’ll share the space with other beauticians. The space is located on the ground floor and features an open layout with small partitions to ensure privacy. This modern space includes a kitchenette with a sink and a restroom. There is ample parking available for your clients right outside the door. If you’re interested in renting the entire salon, please contact us to discuss the options.
GGD-Approved
The facility has been inspected by the GGD and complies with all GGD-RIVM regulations. Massage tables, stools, lamps, and carts are available for every workstation.
Treatments
The space has been inspected by the GGD for permanent makeup and tattoo treatments. We also offer various skin care, brow styling, and eyelash treatments. There is no barber chair, sink, or nail station on site.
Rental Rates
You can rent a workspace by the day or by the month. The cost is €55 per day or €500 (excluding VAT) per month. This includes water, electricity, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and furniture (treatment chair, workstation, lamp, and stool).
