Noemi Nourish Step 3 is the final care step in Noemi’s professional Lash lift and Brow lift system. This nourishing treatment is applied after Step 1, Step 2, and, if applicable, eyelash or eyebrow tinting. The formula helps hydrate, nourish, and strengthen the hairs after the chemical treatment, keeping them healthy, supple, and shiny.
Enriched with ingredients such as keratin, Noemi Nourish Step 3 supports the restoration of the hair structure and helps minimize moisture loss. In addition, the formula makes it easy to gently remove the silicone shields or pads from the eyelid without putting unnecessary strain on the natural lashes.
