Carla Ricciardone Enhance Set

The Enhancement set was developed by Carla Ricciardone in collaboration with Perma Blend LUXE. These eight permanent make-up lip pigments have been specially developed to enhance and enhance the natural lip color with precise color mixing and expert formulation. 

Use the Enhance set for warm and slightly tinted lips or use these pigments as a second step after neutralizing the lips. The pigments are reach compliant and come in a 15ml bottle. The set consists of 8 pigments and a very extensive color chart.
