Muted Orange V2 is a soft orange pigment that can only be used on pale or moderately pale natural lips, or as a neutralizer. The pigment has a medium to high coverage and a warm basis.

The lip pigment is in a 15 ml bottle and is used with permanent makeup treatments for lips.
