Pretty Penny Toner ~ Recover
ThePretty Penny Toneris a corrective pigment for eyebrows from Perma Blend. Use the Pretty Penny Toner to correct blue/gray PMU eyebrows. The Pretty Penny Toner is a hybrid pigment with a warm undertone and low opacity, so the underlying (old) PMU color remains visible through the toner.
Use the toners to restore the original color with a boost. To neutralize old PMU, check out Perma Blend’s Rescue Correctors. Perma Blend’s Recover toners do not contain titanium dioxide (TiO2/white), while the Rescue Correctors do contain TiO2.
The pigment comes in a 15 ml bottle and is REACH-compliant.
