Perma Blend Luxe
Blossom V2
The Blossom V2 pigmentis the latest version (2023) of the Blossom lip pigment. The lip pigment comes in a 15 ml bottle and is used in permanent makeup treatments for the lips.
Perma Blend LUXE PMU pigments are high-quality, vegan, and specially developed for Europe. Perma Blend’s LUXE pigment line has been specifically developed to fully comply with the REACH guidelines 2022. The LUXE pigment line is not yet complete and will be continuously expanded with new pigments.
