Orange Peel
The Orange Peel pigmentis a corrective pigment (modifier) from Perma Blend. The pigment comes in a 15 ml bottle and is used in permanent makeup treatments to correct colors.
It is primarily used as a neutralizer for lips and to correct various shades of blue and gray. It can also be used to make other lip colors lighter or warmer. Does not contain TiO2 (titanium dioxide).
Orange Peelby Perma Blend is an orange corrector that does not contain Titanium Dioxide; it is widely used to neutralize blue and gray or to add warmth to other colors.
