Green Juice Toner ~ Recover
The pigment Green Juice Toner is a correction "Recover" pigment for eyebrows Perma Blend. Use the toners to restore the original color with a boost. To neutralize old PMU, check out Rescue Correctors Perma Blend. The Recover toners from Perma Blend do not contain titanium dioxide (TiO2/white) and the Rescue Correctors do contain TiO2.
Use theGreen Juice Toner for restoring red and pink PMU eyebrows. The Green Juice Toner is a hybrid pigment with a cool undertone and a low opacity so that the underlying (old) PMU color is still visible through the toner.
The pigments are reach compliant and come in a 15ml bottle.
