    Instructions for use

    - If a customer is wearing make-up: First remove make-up with a remover

    - Apply Skin Prep Lotion to a cotton pad and cleanse the eyebrows thoroughly.

    - Allow to dry before continuing with Brow Henna, Hybrid Dye or another coloring.
