The Black Eyeliner pigment is a black pigment for eyeliner. This pigment does not require additional correctors, it is already modified and ready to use.
The Etalon Mix pigments are stable in color. The Etalon Mix pigments are REACH compliant and extensively tested for use in permanent make-up treatments.
