(Arabian Brown) Black is a cool hybrid pigment specially developed for customers with dark skin, dark eyebrows and dark hair. The cooler base ensures a beautiful, deep result without unwanted heat. The Pigment was developed by Milan Momirovic (former CEO of PhiAcademy) and Klaus Von Berg, the developer of the Phi formula. Together they have more than 40 years of PMU expertise that they have incorporated into every pigment. "Our pigments represent confidence, self-confidence and transformation.
