Hybrid Dye Developer
The Hybrid Dye Developer of Mrs.Highbrow has been specially developed to mix with the Hybrid Dye and PowerStain of Mrs.Highbrow. For optimal and long-lasting results, without damaging the hair structure. This mild, creamy activator guarantees smooth mixing and even application, allowing the paint to adhere deep into the hair and on the skin.
Mix the Hybrid Dye and the Developer in a 2:1 ratio. So 2 parts paint the size of 2 peas with 1 part Developer.
