Mrs.Highbrow ~ Powerstain
Mrs.Highbrow PowerStain is a liquid hybrid dye. The eyebrow paint colors the hair for 6-7 weeks and the skin for up to 10 days. Mix the PowerStain with the Hybrid Dye developer. You can also use this eyebrow paint for Airbrush Brows using a liquid developer such as Mrs.Highbrow Airbrush Activator instead of the Hybrid Dye developer. The paint has a working time of only 5-10 minutes.
