Mrs.Highbrow PowerStain is a liquid hybrid dye. The eyebrow dye colors the hairs for 6–7 weeks and the skin for up to 10 days. Mix the PowerStain with the Hybrid Dye developer. You can also use this eyebrow dye for Airbrush Brows; in that case, use a liquid developer such as the Mrs.Highbrow Airbrush Activator instead of the Hybrid Dye developer. The dye has a processing time of just 5–10 minutes.
