The Noemi Cream Solution 6% is a powerful developer specially developed for coloring stiff, thick or gray eyebrow and eyelash hairs. Thanks to the higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide, this developer helps the pigment to penetrate better into the hair structure, so that even hair that is difficult to color is optimally absorbed.
