Thanks to its ultra-light texture, this developer blends effortlessly with both Noemi Hybrid Dye as Noemi Gel Dye, creating a perfectly workable formula for precise and even application.

The liquid consistency ensures optimal distribution of the color mixture and helps create a more intense stain on the skin. This makes the Liquid Solution ideal for brow stylists who strive for clean lines, a powerful skin effect and maximum color intensity.

Aqua, Carbomer, Sodium Stannate, Hydrogen Peroxide, Propylene Glycol, EDTA, orthophosphoric acid
Instructions for use

Mix the Noemi Liquid Solution 3% with a Noemi Cream Dye or Gel Dye until the desired consistency is achieved. Then apply the mixture with a brush or airbrush, depending on the technique chosen.

Always follow the recommended application times for the Noemi color used.
