The salon will open soon “The Beauty Room” its doors. In the building of the PMU Wholesale 'Amavi PMU' opens a beauty salon for consumers in the South Holland/North Holland region. In the beauty salon focused on skin, PMU, lashes & brow styling treatments you can rent a treatment chair!
Are you not yet ready for your own building or do you not want to deal with the hassle of complicated contracts and sky-high costs? Do you only need a chair for your customers 1, 2 or 3 days a week? Look no further!
3 workplaces will be available in The Beauty Room, you will share the space with 2 other beauticians. The space is on the ground floor, open-plan with small dividing walls to create a bit of privacy. The modern room has a kitchenette with sink and toilet. There is ample parking for your customers in front of the door.

Which treatments?
Many types of treatments are allowed. The space has been GGD approved for PMU, micro pigmentation and tattoo treatments. You can of course also offer various skin treatments, browstyling, eyelash treatments, there are many options! There is no hairdressing chair, sink or nail desk. All treatments must take place in a treatment chair or on a massage bed.
What is present?
We have already furnished the space as much as possible for you. Each treatment area consists of a massage bed, workstation, salon lamp and stool. You can bring the other supplies yourself or purchase them at a discount Amavi PMU.
Conditions:
- Rent a chair for only €500 per month or for €55 per day excl. VAT
- Including water, electricity, Nespresso machine, kettle and furniture (treatment chair, workstation, lamp, stool, coffee & tea cups and glasses)
- Monthly rental with a minimum rental contract of 6 months with one month's notice period
