The salon “The Beauty Room” will soon be opening its doors. A beauty salon for consumers in the South Holland/North Holland region is opening in the building of the leading PMU wholesaler ‘Amavi PMU’. You can rent a treatment chair at this beauty salon, which specializes in skin care, PMU, and lash & brow styling treatments!
Not ready for your own space yet, or don’t want to deal with the hassle of complicated contracts and sky-high costs? Do you only need a chair for your clients 1, 2, or 3 days a week? Look no further!
Three workstations are available at The Beauty Room; you’ll share the space with two other beauticians. The space is on the ground floor, open-concept with small partitions to create a bit of privacy. The modern space features a kitchenette with a sink and a restroom. There’s ample parking right outside for your clients.

What treatments?
Many types of treatments are permitted. The space is GGD-approved for PMU, micropigmentation, and tattoo treatments. You can also offer various skin treatments, brow styling, and eyelash treatments—the possibilities are endless! There is no barber chair, sink, or nail desk available. All treatments must take place in a treatment chair or on a massage table.
What is provided?
We have already set up the space for you as much as possible. Each treatment station consists of a massage table, workstation, salon lamp, and stool. You can bring the remaining supplies yourself or purchase them at a discount from Amavi PMU.
Terms and Conditions:
- Rent a chair for just €500 per month or €55 per day, excluding VAT
- Includes water, electricity, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and furniture (treatment chair, workstation, lamp, stool, coffee and tea cups, and glasses)
- Monthly rent with a minimum lease term of 6 months and a one-month notice period
