Tina Davies Fade: All Your Questions Answered

Tina Davies' Fade pigments are a hybrid, inorganic pigment line for permanent makeup. The pigments are primarily made with inorganic ingredients and are designed to fade gradually into a softer version of the original color.

The advantage of these PMU pigments for eyebrows is that the eyebrow color will fade slowly, offering the flexibility to change the eyebrow color and style over time.

Tina Davies’ Fade pigments will gently fade within 12 to 24 months to a softer version of the original color. They will not discolor into an undesirable warm shade. The Fade pigments contain ingredients that prevent warm/red tones from developing. The pigments feature a pigment delivery system for maximum color retention.

Tina Davies Fade pigments are made in Germany and are REACH-compliant.

Apply multiple layers until the desired saturation is achieved.

Do not oversaturate, as additional color can be added after assessing the healed
results after 6–8 weeks.

Make several passes until the desired saturation is achieved.

Do not make too many passes, as this can traumatize the skin and result in dull, faint, or weak hairstrokes

Make a few strokes until a clean hair stroke is formed.

Do not make deep strokes because
this can damage the skin
leading to dull, blurry, or

Pro Tips

  • Determining Color

Choose a color that provides the right contrast with your client’s skin tone by consulting the Fitzpatrick Skin Type Suitability guide.

  • Stretch

Ensure a firm 3-point stretch during pigmentation so that the
pigment can effectively penetrate the skin.

  • Technique

Focus on consistent passes to ensure a smooth
and even pigment deposition in the skin.

  • Layers

Due to the composition of the pigment, it may be necessary to apply multiple layers of
to build up the desired color.

  • Old PMU

Previously applied PMU in the skin affects the final result.

  • Maintenance

For the best results, give your client a touch-up when the color has faded by 50%.
