NEW REACH REGULATIONS 2023
Please note: new regulations take effect in January 2023 ‼️
Starting January 1, 2023, two pigments will no longer be permitted within the EU under REACH regulations. These are the pigments Blue 15 and Green 7.
As a result, several pigments in the Perma Blend Luxe and Biotek ranges will no longer be available as of January 1, 2023.
The following pigments are affected:
Biotek:
💙 Deep Ocean
💙 Blue Sky
Perma Blend:
- Berry
- Blue Eyes
- Chestnut
- Cotton Candy
- Pomegranate
- Rose Royale
- Victorian Rose
- Green Eyes
- Saffron
