From 1 January 2023, according to the reach regulations, two pigments will no longer be allowed within the EU. This concerns the pigments Blue 15 and Green 7. As a result, there are a number of pigments within the range of Perma Blend Luxe and Biotek that will no longer be available from January 1, 2023.
