The pigment Vintage Maroon Is a lips pigment of Perma Blend. Vintage Maroon is a dark, deep, rusty brown lip pigment with high cover power.
The lip pigment is in a 15 ml bottle and is used with permanent makeup treatments for lips.

The luxury pigment line of Perma Blend has been specially developed to be able to fully meet REACH Guidelines 2022.
