Het pigment Black Umber is een wenkbrauw pigment van Perma Blend. Black Umber is een supel koel, donker, bruinzwart wenkbrauw pigment met een hoge opaciteit en zwarte basis. Het pigment heeft een vleugje warmte om in te kunnen spelen op melaninerijke huidtinten. Kan ook gebruikt worden als eyeliner.
Black Umber is mix van anorganisch en organisch voor fitzpatrick 4, 5, 6.
Het pigment zit in een 15 ml flesje en wordt gebruikt bij permanente make-up behandelingen voor wenkbrauwen.
