Web shop software
Shopify
Our web store has been developed with Shopify software. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to offer us (technical) support, they will never use your data for a different purpose. Shopify
is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement that we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is a certified processor of credit card details. Shopify uses
Cookies to collect technical information with regard to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve services. Shopify takes into account the
applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data. The EU/US Privacy Shield applies, your data may be processed in the United States.

Web hosting
Trans IP
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Trans IP processed personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for our own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Trans IP has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Trans IP is obliged to secrecy on the basis of the agreement.

E-mail and mailing lists
Sendinblue
We send our e-mail newsletters with Shopify. Shopify will never use your name and e-mail address for your own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that has been sent via our website you will see the "unsubscrive" link. You will no longer receive our newsletter .. If you click on this you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. 

Trans IP
We use the services of Trans IP for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Trans IP has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment Processors
Mollie
We use the Mollie and PayPal platform for handling the payments in our web store. 


Shipping and logistics
DPD
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DPD for the execution of deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address and place of residence with DPD. DPD only uses this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that DPD engages subcontractors, DPD also makes your data available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting
Exact Online
We share your name, address and place of residence details and details regarding your order and invoice. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is protected

If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data with an overview of the processors who have this information in our e-mail address, stating the category under which we have stored this information.

Rectification
You always have the right to have the data that we (or have) processed and that relate to your person or can be traced to do so. You can make a request with that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data has been adjusted at the e-mail address known to us.

Right of objection and other rights
In appropriate cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Amavi PMU B.V .. If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is well -founded we will copy and/or
