The PMU pigment Mercury is black-brown permanent make-up eyebrow and eyeliner pigment. The Platinum Label pigment, Mercury, is an EU REACH compliant pigment, comparable to Quantum original Dark Chocolate.

Mercury is an eyebrow pigment and can also be used for eyeliner. Quantum PMU Colors pigments can be used individually or mixed together to create the perfect shade for every client.

This eyebrow pigment was developed by Quantum PMU Colors. The pigments under the Platinum label of Quantum PMU Colors are intensive and long-lasting pigments in accordance with REACH 2022.
