The Quantum PMU Colors collection contains more than 20 colors for lips, eyebrows, eyeliner, correction and scalp pigments. To avoid confusion, there are two pigment brands in the market with the Quantum name. Quantum PMU Colors does not come from Poland, but is a high-quality, American brand that has been active as a pigment / ink producer for years. Naturally, all these pigments are in accordance with REACH 2022.
