Navel Orange

The pigment Navel Orange is a correction pigment (modifier) ​​of Perma Blend. The pigment comes in a 15 ml bottle and is used in permanent make-up treatments to correct colors.

Navel Orange by Perma Blend is a medium orange lip color for neutralizing with Titanium Dioxide in it to shift the value of the lip color.
