Muted Orange

The pigment Muted Orange is a lip pigment from Perma Blend. Muted Orange is a light medium, distorted orange shade lip color with a medium opacity.

Muted Orange is a mix of organic and inorganic pigments.

The lip pigment comes in a 15 ml bottle and is used in permanent make-up treatments for lips.
